I'm not sure on the DPI. As for the order, a group one looks like the better option :)

Hi Everyone ~ I did a little research today for the cost of domestic mailing if we chose option 1: $0.60 for the tyvek envelope, $2.75 1st class postage, $1.75 for insurance, which comes to a total of $5.10 mailing costs. There is also an additional option of "Delivery Confirmation" for an extra $0.80 for whoever might want it.

Add mailing costs of $5.10 to the cost of the shirt with username and the total would be $25.10. Without username, the total cost would be $20.10.

Don't know if CustomInk might have other charges to add in such as, tax, extra shipping, or whatever.

Whichever option the group decides is great with me!

I've used it to make about 450 shirts so far (for LearnNavi and other ventures), and know the process rather well now. I also have an excess of black shirts (small-5xl), and tons of blue and white ink.

If I made them, it would basically allow the "individual" option without paying tremendous amounts for places like Cafepress or Custom Ink. Shirts would hover around $15, and shipping around $5 for US folks (or free if you're going to Seattle)

Yup, I made all the shirts myself. I can pretty closely emulate the ToS logo: white with a blue glow. I don't have long-sleeved shirts in stock, but I suppose I could order some, if there's an interest?

Oh, and custom shirts for Seattle would be fun, too. "Seattle or bust?", but in Na'vi? :D
