There is a local company that screen-prints shirts near me. They give me a nice deal because I'm always ordering shirts from them that I design for school and such...I believe that a 2 color front and back design comes to about $12 a shirt for 10-15 ordered and the more ordered, the cheaper it is. You can pick shirt sizes, colors, quality...everything..... Just an idea if you need an alternative. :)

We just need a poll now to find out who will actually buy a TOS shirt.

for me, it looks like the ToS logo is just too far in the middle! it looks like it could be the front! i think it has to go way up to the collar, or just a tad bit under, User name following it up obv ;)

Yes, in my opinion the above version looks to messy, too unorganized in its placing of the different elements - just my opinion though.

the ToS Logo and Username can stay on the back. i just found them to be to much looking like the front. and i think that it should keep the layout, just move up the motives a bit (on the back ;) )

I see Loverofnature's point. Move the ToS logo up a bit toward the collar, shrink it a little, and have the name remain in the center of the back. Sounds like a good idea, if you ask me.

Moving and shrinking it all too much makes it look unbalanced.

So...ok. If we have arrived at an at least somewhat final design I think we should look into places to get it made. I know that a lot of people that are going on the Seattle Trip want these shirts to wear (that would be early June)...

The issue with local places is shipping it out to everyone... I found an online site that looks pretty good. I inputed our design and it looked to be $17.07 a shirt if we order 20 shirts (free shipping in USA and CAN). That website is here. Any thoughts?

well it appears that they DO have that option, but it may have limitations, such as not being able to use an image for the name...I can check in with their customer service tomorrow and see. Also it adds an extra $4.50 per shirt...

If the service allows for individual designs in a good manner, I suggest we have both a "Pure ToS" one, and ones with our username as well - so you can all choose. ;)

If possible, that is a great idea to be able to offer a choice between the "Pure ToS" shirt and one that has our username. I would prefer one with my username ... seems more mystical that way. ;) But, whatever our options, I definitely want one.

Well.....here is the much anticipated info!! :D

I called them and they said:

1. They don't usually ship to several addresses, but they think that since this is on their end, that they could do it free of any extra charge. (still have to confirm...)
2. They can't do images as an individualized name, but we can choose the font and color, and even send in our own font, (providing it isn't too crazy...), and again it would be an extra $4.50 for each personal shirt.
3. They seem like really nice people and are willing to communicate via email to get it worked out for us. In the meantime, I'll send them an email and confirm the details.
4. The design would be exactly what we came up with except for the "username" being one color (probably light blue?). They would take our images and edit them to make it look seamless and professional.

@ Ghaziya: I think they can do that. I'll confirm with the email.
