Do want...
Sad there won't be another rerelease though... :'( |
Well I guess it's good, he can focus more on the sequel ;)
I'm fine with 16 minute extension since I didn't see the SE (waiting for the BD) :P |
Wait wait. By the "7-minute extension", does he mean there'll be 7 minutes added along with the 16-17 minutes of extra footage, or just 7 minutes period, without the other 16-17 minutes?
|
I think it's just 9 mins from the theatre release + 7 more on BD?
|
to be honest for sure i don't know as in one interview He(Jc) said cinema Se ver + additional 16-17, and now it's only 7 :( so confusing :(

I'm pretty sure that the special edition in November is 16-17 minutes longer than the original/first theatrical cut. The 16 minutes will include the extra 9 minutes from the recent re-release, and also includes the extra 7 minutes to be included on the Blu-ray.
So the 9 minutes from the release + the new 7 minutes specifically for November edition = 16 minutes. |
Ah... That makes sense. :)
|
And of the extra 7 minutes, 5 minutes or so will be the restored "Earth" scenes JC has said, excerpts of which can be seen in the original movie trailers.
|
Looking forward to the earth scenes (which I assume will include the bar fight scene:P)

Yeah I always found that odd when I first saw the trailer. There's a tiny bit of the Earth scene in the trailer, yet for some reason never in the movie. We'll all find out the juicy details in the DVD. :)

Really looking forward to it. Of course, I have other things to anticipate in that month too, so for me waiting won't be so bad. |
