Thorinair 09-20-2010 11:10 PM

There is something... Really wrong with those products on play.com...

1) Both products are completely the same. Both in description and in artwork.

2) "* Artwork subject to change"
Hmmm, obviously, because the artwork looks NOTHING like that.

3) "Avatar tells of a future conflict between resource-guzzling humans and the indigenous inhabitants of the planet Pandora: the Na'vi."

NOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo...

4) "Sent to scout out the `enemy`, Jake falls for the Na'vi princess, Neytir, forcing him to choose sides when the conflict escalates into full-blown war."

Since when did Neytiri change her name? :awesome:

Tymian 09-20-2010 11:14 PM

i think soon (blizz tm ) they will update that products infos :P

Vauktu 09-21-2010 12:10 AM

^ Yeah. The pictures displayed on Play.com are probably just placeholders until more information is released. Still another 56 days until the release... The wait is killing me.

Patrice Maire 09-21-2010 01:40 AM

I signed up to be notified when it becomes available. Regular dvd set, due to not sure whether I will have a blu ray set up by then.

Anything they give us is better than anything we could possibly have hoped for!
(Okay for some of you a statue of Neytiri but .... that's pushing it...hehe)

X.,.Pandora.,.X 09-21-2010 02:22 AM

............................ :awesome:

Human No More 09-21-2010 08:40 PM

Yeah, those images do look like placeholders - there is one special edition cover going around which has a picture of Neytiri from the battle on it :)

drbusker 09-21-2010 08:51 PM

Stanley_9875 09-25-2010 04:39 PM

X.,.Pandora.,.X 09-27-2010 12:40 AM

lol, none of us can

Banefull 09-27-2010 12:46 AM

Its going to be a long 2 months. Then comes the wait for the novel, then the sequel.

X.,.Pandora.,.X 09-27-2010 12:51 AM

The sequal is soooooooooooo far away though

Banefull 09-27-2010 12:56 AM

The novel will be very much more in depth than the film. I hope that will last me through it but 2013 and early 2014 will be hard to endure (assuming we don't all die in 2012).
