Ok this is just a thought here guys and i might be the only one, but wouldn't it be incredibly more sexy if they did, Like omg it'd be ridiculous lol Just there giant warm body's close up against you purring softly as you drift away to sleep. :P

I'm on the fence about this one. I think purring would push the animal a little to far. Sure it would be cute but I think hearing a lovers breath beside me would be the best thing in the world. Hearing her pur would remind me of my cat who leaves messes in the litter-box.

That's just my view on it.

Yeah I'd be perfectly happy with either Neytiri or Jake, Both would be amazing, both such different personality, both such amazing (ly sexy) people. I'd never wanna get up if i began to cuddle with them. I don't think i could lol

yeah furries are gross, I just think it would be cute :p I'd certainly think having Jakes hot breath on my neck would be more pleasant (sexy) though. :)

It's a neat concept. I'm fine without it but it would be intersting to hear scenes with purring.

Maybe they know how to purr, because the first time you see Seze in the movie, Neytiri makes that weird call noise. So the capabilities they have when it comes to making noises is beyond ours.

They aren't cats....they just have cat noses and vaguely cat-like tails.

Besides...don't cats purr to communicate pleasure/satisfaction (and from what I've heard, sometimes pain)? The Na'vi have words....they would just say nice things to each other if they were in that kind of situation......

I still think that subtle, gentle purring with eyes closed and a contented smile could be one of the best things ever.
