Ok . have to correct myself .. not all of my fears just melted away ..

My son just got his learners renewed and hence wanted to get some driving practice in ..

yeah .. on my list of 'fear' based triggers .. this one is fairly up high on the list .. and needless say still strong and present .. :P

As parents we spend our whole life to keep you safe, teach you right from wrong, how to be independent and make healthy choices .. then we put you behind 2 tons of steel with our life in your hands .. if that isn't 'trust' and 'faith' what is?

That seems to have a rap rhythm to it... intentional?

Ummm .. don't know about 'rap' as not my favorite genre :D

.. but it did come as a song, not just a poem.

And considering the changes going on right now, and the sense of new found joy in my life. This seems a good time to sing it again!
