Natural beauty of Neytiri in the real world
 

Many people (especially men) are stunned by Neytiris natural beauty and her emotional and personal qualities. Many are also depressed over the fact that such women are impossible to find in the real world.
But is it really impossible to find women with at least the same natural beauty in the real world? I would say there are women belonging to cultures, that in some aspects remind vaguely about the Na´vi, that also has the same natural, unspoilt beauty as Neytiri. How these women are as persons, I do not really know, since I do not know them personally, but at least their beauty is of the kind that we so admire and worship in Neytiri and other Na´vi.
But here it is for real, and the women are real humans.

interesting. i noticed all of them have perfect skin. must be the environment they live in that keeps their face clear. and not only that but the amazonian people look kind of asian.... maybe that's why i get mistaken as south american sometimes XD

As much as I can appreciate them (especially for not conforming to what most people consider 'normal' beauty :))... humans just don't do it for me as much as Na'vi.

Yes, food, lifestyle andd environment affects your skin and your health.

Native Americans are said to be descendants of people who arrived from Asia about 15 000 years ago, or more. Still many of them have retained asian features.

I think the so called "normal" beauty that most people like here in the west is partly a prodyct of the fashion industry that has corrupted our vision and made it more difficult to discern and appreciate real, natural beauty.

Also old stereotypes about the "primitive" or about so called "naked savages" clouds our appreciation and hinder us to see the true beauty of these peoples that in many ways live a more natural and truly human life than what we do.

Those pics are cool, but I'm afraid Neytiri beats all those women.

Well, that's kind of the most important part of the relationship.

In many places on earth the wearing of traditional adornments and clothes among aboriginal peoples have been subjected to a lot of pressure from the surrounding so called modern or developed societies. Sometimes it has been for religious reasons when missionaries and their likes have tried to force indigenous peoples to wear so called proper clothes. Nowadays it is also common that pressure from commercial forces, as the fashion industry, make it sometimes difficult for indigenous peoples to wear their true, traditional clothes.
Also they often meet ridicule and incomprehension from representatives from the surrounding society.

It is time to try to revert such a trend. It is time to support the wearing of beautiful indigenous adornment and clothing instead of the uniform clothes of the modern fashion industry or the so called proper, and often unhealthy, clothes promoted by christian missionaries or muslim fundamentalists.

Yes, to know someone well is ofcourse most important. But many times the first impression awakes your interest. And looks is one important ingredient in the first impression of a person. It can be the looks of a girl that make you want to make contact in the first place.

Definitely.. the ironic part is that even then, nobody is encouraged to feel good about themselves, they're only ever encouraged to buy more... :(

Yeah... far too many stereotypes about indigenous peoples :(
Made by people who can't appreciate what everyone has in common and that we should accept people for who they feel they are, not who other people want them to be :(
