Star from The Office will play Bilbo
 

It seems that Bilbo will be played by the star from the TV series "The Office" Martin Freeman. The shooting of the movie is supposed to start in february. Probably it will not be in New Zealand since Peter Jackson is in dispute with the actors union there.
It will be two Bilbo movies and they will be shot in 3D. The first one premierrs in 2012.

When I first found out I thought, "...Never heard of him." And now you mention him being from "The Office" and I'm thinking, "...Not the American 'Office'". :P

He played the character of Tim Canterbury in the british BBC TV series "The Office" (2001). He has also played the role of Arthur Dent in the film "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" (2005).

It means the original one rather than the American remake :P :P
