James Cameron and Jon Landau @ Blu-Con 2010
Found this while surfing around on YouTube:
If you would like to see the entire video, go here: http://www.collider.com/2010/11/02/j...-blu-con-2010/ |
Thanks for this, as I did wonder about whether the quality would be affected by 3 versions of the movie on the same disk. :)
|
I'm so pumped for this :D
|
LAST SECOND:
Cameron: Do we wanna show 'em...? Landau: Yeah, why don't we show you one of the scenes that last-- DAMN YOU, VIDEO EDITOR!!! |
^^hahaha right :P
Thanks to share :) |
Nooooo, why is it cut off???
*rageee* |
I suppose it was cut off because the person who uploaded the video was afraid he would get some kind of copyright infringement (which he probably would have). It's odd that the person didn't upload the rest though, as from what I hear, JC and Jon were up there for an entire hour.
I found an article on Blu-Con 2010 that includes a video of the entire talk: James Cameron and Producer Jon Landau AVATAR Special Edition Blu-Con 2010 |
Nice! :D
Great find. Always interesting to know more :) |
Thanks SO much for posting the links to these Blu-Con vids -- I really enjoyed watching them! I could listen to JC and Landau talk about Avatar and 3D filming for hours, so getting to watch their Blu-Con presentation was great.

I have a kind of irrational dislike of John Landau. Not sure why. Cameron I could listen to for hours, but Landau...

Cameron has a more appealing speaker voice. Landau's voice is small and annoying.
|
Seriously? You actually claim a dislike of him based on his voice? Remember he still had a lot of influence in creating the world we love and I consider him a great person too.. |
Never said I didn't like him; only that his voice is small and annoying. :P
