Wow, I wish I could do this... :'(

Unfortunately, I'm not in America and I've never acted before in my life... maybe someone here would like to go for it though... :)

Wouldn't it be great if JC announced a competition that would allow select Avatar fans to get the full face scanning/WETA digital treatment and have their likeness inserted into Na'vi crowd scenes. :D

It might be fun to audition as an extra, but that's in New Zealand...

Indeed... if anything, even harder to actually get to (although not as hard to actually get in, I guess), and I would guess no experience still means no chance :(

I would love to be a Na'vi, even just in the background at Hometree scenes... :'(

I'm not an actor or anythin...but i may just send in a resume and headshot and if I get a call to audition than maybe its roadtrip time. We never know what we are capable of unless we shoot for the stars right? :D

It confirms that Norm and Max will be back in, this is a nugget that we didn't have before. Interesting way to get some little nugget of info on the sequels...but hey! I hope Mo'at is coming back... I would be happy being a background scientist or tech of some sort.
I have watched a lot of films behind the scenes footage and the old style was not very exciting at all. This however is different and when you watch the documentary about making it, there was very little down time between shots.
It might be interesting to see how the next ones are made.

This is interesting. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. We see a coastline in the background, so this confirms it has something to do with the oceans. But why is the poster mostly red?

Sunset? The fact that it's just preliminary artwork which, to me, looks like a photo of somewhere on Earth? :P
