Hello ToS,

Let me start off by saying wow! the forums look great and have that feeling of coming back home that so many people missed. My user name on avatar forums was nawm_atxkxe but I never really got to know some of you, so you probably don't know who I am. Never got involved in the fight that took place a few days ago so the details are vague to me but what ever happened seems to have changed the whole atmosphere at avatar-forums. No longer is it vibrant, alive, and filled with like minded souls but instead has a undertone of negativity combined with a interface that looks nothing like it's former self. Whenever I visit it seems foreign to me now, and IMO some of the newer members are bringing a bad attitude to the place. The breaking point for me tonight was a particular thread that should have never been posted was posted, it should have been immediately removed but it wasn't, and worst of all it's now two pages long. This is the moment of revelation I guess one could say because it's now apparent that a lot of threads were heading in that direction.
So this will be my fresh start on a new planet:) although I might still post on avatar-forums if the subject is of interest and good spirit. As part of my fresh start I would really like to really get to know you guys because you seem like a great group of people, and hey, we enjoy the same movie! So I leave you with Oel ngati kamei, Tree of Souls:)

Yeah... it's a very strange and disturbing topic. The first thing that came to mind after reading that topic's title was this video:

The question was probably brought up by this video.

I remember way back when that was all over the news for a week.
