I know there is a couple of threads going around in reference to making an Official Avatar Day for December 18.

I thought it would be fun to make a little signature to show my appreciation for Avatar and for the 1yr Anniversary. Eywa ngahu ma aysmukan sì smuke. :) ;):party:

It's too vertical-y for me. A long short one would be better I think.

I saw AVATAR for the first time with a group of 30 students from the College, on January 7th 2010, at IMAX Theatre here in Bucharest. It was an awesome experience and I remember it like it was yesterday. It also is and will be a breathtaking experience every time I watch AVATAR, it changed my life ! :)

Good point, December 18th is perfect for an anniversary date, imo. :D

Just realized, it's on a Saturday. Dah, wanted to wear my Avatar shirt to school. -.-

AVATAR DAY December 18
 

Hell, just wear the shirt all week. For me this is a massive movie week. I have to fit Narnia, Tron, and multiple viewings of Avatar into one week, lol.

Unfortunately, I didn't see the movie while it was in theatres, so :(. But I'll still celebrate the day and everything though. I do hope the 2nd one will be on the same date. But it will probably depend what day it's on because I noticed that most movies come out on Fridays or sometimes Wednesdays.

December 18th 2014 is a thursday.

unfortunatly for me I'll be celebrating it by driving up to Northern California :( I'll still have some time to blow out a candle before the drive though =)

Only 1044 more weekdays :)

I am also one that never saw it when it opened, took me until the dvd to see it. But have seen it in the theater since.
I don't generally celebrate a movie release anniversary, but I'm going to see Tron Legacy today, does that count!?

I unfortunantly will be in Northern California with my family up there the 18th celebrating an early Christmas with them, then regular Christmas with the family down here on Christmas day hehe

But I'll wait until the 12:00am time to think back to Friday on the same date of last year... the day that I will never forget

It's 18th... So many memories touched down on my mind's ground, like an unchained mindcircus, oh, AVATAR, AVATAR, it's been a year since we first met ! Glad it happened, so glad. :)

Happy avatar day! I can't watch the film today because I'm seeing Tron: Lagecy and I don't feel in the mood for Avatar as much. but I think I will talk about it as much as I want to.

I made some gingerbread this morning. It is hard not to eat it all immediately :P

I wish I was at home by myself (like family wise) so I could celebrate by watching the movie and getting Avatar cake =D but I'm not =( but happy birthday everyone! Words cannot express the feelings I'm having now I love you all so much!
