Wow, doesn't feel like it's been a year...

Absolutely right, time runs too fast... I couldn't even believe when I stand a little and thought about it "Already a year passed since them !? Impossible !", but here it is, we have to cope with it eventho' is kinda sad...

I am so happy to have found this community and all of you guys! I honestly think without you all...... I'd have surely gone mad by now.

It's sad though that certain people have left, possibly never to come back! :(
But I am very thankful that we have what we have.... And I still haven't gotten bored of Avatar! ;) Don't think I ever will be fully bored of it.

I threw together a little header for the sake of celebration ;)

Yeah, it does tell the tale of our community since the founding of AF - at least in a somewhat symbolic way :D

The best thing Avatar gave me was this place, these people...
This place has the power empower and to crush, to calm and to frenzy, to evoke thought, or to simply allow you to be. Of course, it is not the place that does all these things. It's the people who make it.

Of course, the other thing Avatar gave me was hope.
A new way, a new idea and a different aspect of life. Again, this new found way of seeing the world came with both it's pains and it's pleasures, but hopefully - not 'I', but 'we' - can find this special way or place we've been searching and pining for in our hearts. Something I not only hope we can do, but believe we can do.

So here's to a year.
I can't believe it's gone so fast, and yet, it also somehow feels like an age.

Just finished watching Avatar again... The tears which ran down my neck are just proof as to how amazing Avatar is, that is can still affect me so much, when I'd never even have thought it possible at all before.

It's really hard to believe it's been one whole year... It's amazing to think of all what has happened in this long time... many new friends, ideas, ways to look at the world... How would it all look like today if there had been no Avatar...?

Had today to celebrate in Austria also an Avatar Watch again, first time the new Bluray Editon.. I can not tell in words how much i love Avatar and always be moved to tears when watching it :)

Dont think that this Emotional rollercoaster ride will lose its fascination and impact :)

Seeing the original Avatar forums banner and remembering last january-february has given me the chills, I wish we could go back

Yeah, I sometimes wish I could see it for the first time all over again
