USER POLL: Donator User Title Color.
 

Time for our first user poll :D

Pretty much what the title says.

The mods are yellow, smods green, regular users blue... what do you think that donators should have as their user title color?

As much as you feel comfortable donating (multiples of $5). None if you want, there is no pressure on you to donate :)

White because its neutral, yet it sticks out in a world of blue, but it doesnt scream "LOOK AT ME"

I'd like green, but I think I prefered the AF colour. I think it was gold? That was cool :D

Personally, I think the moderator colors as of now are a bit confusing. The administrator color isn't always easy to distinguish from the member color, and the yellow moderators I always mistake for a few seconds as "gold donators" from AF. If donators should be any color, it should be white. Red is too harsh and orange'll just probably be mistaken for yellow sometimes.

I think the administrator and moderator colors should be changed altogether (SM color is fine by me). Joiners from AF'll be confused by this new system (as I was, until I figured it out).

I'm going to add a legend of what the colors mean once we figure out the donator color, so that should eliminate the confusion.

Well, originally we had the admins as light blue, but we changed it after a discussion between the admins. Personally, I'd prefer having light blue again.

Here are my thoughts:

--If the mods change from the yellow color, use that (no confusion with AF users that come to this site.

--My favorite of all the colors is the beautiful lavender the admins currently use. If they are planning to go to a different color, this one gets my vote.

--Does it have to be a color change? It could be a box around the username, a 'D' with a circle around it under the username, a special bar signature that only donators get, the username in bold or italics, etc. Just some thoughts.

--I donated in order to support this site and the people who were footing the bills. I don't need anything else. :)

So, lighter blue it is. It is done :)

Also, there is now a color code at the bottom user list, so people know what means what.

AH!!!! I didn't know you mean LIGHT TURQUOISE when you said light-blue. If I'd known I would've voted for that one. :) Excellent choice. :)

Well, I don't think anyone really knew what light blue exactly meant until I added it. I just picked out a hex color code and it looked right to me :D
