So, what does your Shepard look like? Total nice guy (or girl) or major badass? Who are your favorite squad members?

I'd post my Shepard but my gaming computer is not here. Usually I do two runthroughs, one mostly Paragon with a few Renegade, and another (also different class) that is the opposite.

My Shepherd was in between badass and nice guy. He had faint red scars on his face in that cool pattern similar to Too Human. I loved them :D
I really can't choose a favourite squad member. I always chose Miranda (I wonder why). I didn't really like Jack, Jacob, Zaeed or Samara

The Illusive Man was amazing, if only they'd gone into more depth about him (oh the irony :P)

Can't be bothered to open ME2 and make a screenshot, but my main Shepard is female, fairly normal looking. Mostly Paragon but I use the Renegade options sometimes, particularly on people I don't like (like Ashley in ME1, although OFC, she never appears in my ME2...)
Favourite characters would have to be Tali, Liara and Wrex. Garrus is probably up there too in ME2. Least favourite is Ashley, for being a huge xenophobe and just generally annoying, as well as Udina for being a complete idiot.

I'm a huge Xeno too. I hated Ashley, and that other dude, hated him too. I did ME2 a number of times, but did anyone find the Romance scenes...a bit....un-satisfying? I also loved Thane. <3 :D

The Mass Effect forums have quite the discussion of people wanting "add-on" romance which opens special romance-related missions after completing the main game. If anyone can do it, it would be BioWare, though I have seen no commitment to doing anything of the sort.

^ This. I wish they would have added a few min onto the Liara scene. HOOOOT with my female shepard.

Weirdly enough, he turned out exactly as I wanted him too (not really fond of the original Shepard face)

Would have gone for Ta'li instead of Garrus, but I needed at least some combat. A shame Ta'li doesn't have combat skills. But I do take her with me to the Citadel.

Hehe, my Shepard is a soldier, and my alt is the combat/biotic hybrid. Liara and Tali all the way :D
