I've seen Avatar a total of 15 times. 12 in RealD 3D, 2 in Dolby 3D, and 1 in IMAX 3D.

What about you?

Well we have no IMAX in my country, but if we had... you can be sure i would have seen it there.
Anyways, a total of 8 viewings in RealD 3D :)

I've seen it a total of 19 times: 3 in IMAX 3D and 16 in RealD 3D. I can't wait for the Blu-Ray on April 22nd! :)

I voted 10+, because even though I've only seen it 9 times, I'm seeing it one more time when it's re-released. That'll make 10, and I don't wanna be inaccurate for the future. :cool:

I lost exact count, but something like 15 times in RealD 3D and once in IMAX.

Although not all of those were completely "legal" shall we say.

Ah---Wink-wink-nudge-nudge---I have the same "option" also---it will keep me sane until the DVD shows up.......I have the soundtrack on my MP3 player--nothing like hearing "War" when you are driving thru traffic--tends to make the other drivers a bit un-important :D

13 of those in Real-D and eight times in regular 2D.

I might go down to the theater to see it one more time today, if this is the last week it's around here.

Wow, I feel inadequate. Then again, those IMAX 3D tickets were not cheap. Also, the IMAX is up by my house not down where I am at school (there are a total of 3 "real" IMAX theaters capable of doing 3D in my state--the rest are "IMAX Digital").

I BELIEVE it's been 9 times, maximum 10. I saw it a couple times with friends and stuff before the meaning of it really hit me (Around about viewing 3 or 4) so it's hard to keep track.

I actually preferred it in the ReadD 3D rather than IMAX due to the type of polarization used.

I've seen it for the 4th time today , all times in 3D , wouldn't want to see it in 2D , since this movie is just made to see it in 3D .

The thing I've found so interesting about this is that, every time I see it, I still experience such strong emotions.

Not as much as during my 'worst' PAD (I miss it!), but I'll still get crazy goosebumps or cry during many parts of it.

I always thought it bonkers to pay to see a movie more than twice. Avatar changed that. I have seen it five times.

don't feel too bad. realD is supposedly better than imax 3d... i saw it in imax every time, and now i wish i had seen it in the reald at least once, because i read that reald allows you to tilt your head without losing 3d effect. Imax doesn't. I got booted out of pandora several times due to certain action sequences making me tilt my head then... poof! illusion evaporates!

I'm hoping to see it again but it is only showing in 2D at my local theatre now.
