The most hated family in America...

Westboro baptist church. Kinda self explanatory.

The Most Hated Family in America | Watch Free Documentary Online

This documentary made me feel pity, and even sorrow. Not for Phelps agenda, or the church as a whole, but for the undocumented victims of BOTH the Church and the rest of the world. The children of the WBC. Society as a whole hates children no more than seven, hates them enough to do violence to them. That's abhorrent. I think we need to realize what the WBC has done to us.

"Hate the sin, not the sinner" These poor children are brought into a world where they are despised from day one, and the only people who show them any love or respect are their hatred spewing parents. We are creating a generation of hate mongering fanatics, simply in our blind rage at their parents message.

You know, something that really got me was that final dialogue with one of the third generation members. She seemed to radiate an aura of just, sorrow. I felt like I could completely sympathize with how she feels, rejected by society for her entire life, with only one small group ever showing her kindness. To tell you the truth, I felt the urge to give her a hug and tell her that I don't hate her.

I just find it so terrible. Another crime to chalk up to Fred Phelps.

I watched this a bit ago.
I lol'd when the kid got hit by the drink.
Don't despair.
1. the daughters wont marry therefore no kids.
2. the kids will realise why they were bombarded with judegement and drinks.

I'm a christian. This is the reason people give christians a bad name.

How could you laugh at that?

These poor children are being indoctrinated into a cycle of hatred. Starting on the day they're born. They're victims in this as much as anybody.

I laugh cause I could care less about them. :D

You say you could care less about _______ in two or three threads so far. Someone who says they don't care, often is desperate for other people to care about their lack of caring.
You even asked people to send you a message so you could tell them why you don't care. If you could care less about these things, what the hell makes you think anybody cares whether you do or not?
Sorry if I hurt feelings but I get pissed when people just sit around saying they don't care about this or that, considering they are generally wanting attention.

Back on topic.
It is rather sad that the have to be brought up surrounded by hate. Its seems as though they will grow up full of hate as well. These kids could be dangerous if they are completely brainwashed.

Part of the injustice is on us. Hate only breeds hate. It justifies it. If those cult members are out screaming "God hates you", and the world is screaming back, then where do those children look to for love and happiness? They're surrounded on both sides.

Kids carry a huge capacity for love. And they're smart. If we made the outside a more loving environment, even they, with all their deception and disillusion, could make their way over.

Scary.

Religious indoctrination of children is child abuse. Simple as that.
