Never, for two reasons. 1) We all know what happened with the military in Avatar - the RDA was a disaster. 2) I hate all violence, and will not support any part of it.

No. There are dozens, possibly hundreds of federal laws I would re-write, but IMO, the whole thing would be much too daunting a task for one person. If I was capable of such a thing, yes.

I'd start by re-doing the codification so that it made any kind of sense. You guys think the U.S. tax code is complex? The codification makes it look like Dr. Seuss.

Dolphin comes with an exceptionally large tank so it doesn't have to just swim in circles. If you've ever gone to Seaworld and fed the dolphins, you should have an idea what I'm talking about.
