Unlikely. Just because some people want one doesn't mean JC is going to make something like that (especially since in my experience, those tend to be the people who actually like the marines). Avatar has a message, it gives people inspiration, and that was not accidental.

Until I see the real trailer, I won't think much different. It is impossible to know, but you can always expect. ;)
