Korea's Got Talent Connection

So this video: YouTube - ‪[Korea's Got Talent] tvN is viral by now. Very moving, but what is the Avatar connection, you may ask?

I looked up the lyrics to his song (which I had only heard before as the instrumental theme from The Mission). I'll let them speak for themselves:

Quote:

In my imagination I see a fair world,
Everyone lives in peace and in honesty there.
I dream of souls that are always free,
Like the clouds that fly,
Full of humanity in the depths of the soul.

In my imagination I see a bright world,
Even the night is less dark there.
I dream of souls that are always free,
Like clouds that fly.

In my imagination there exists a warm wind,
That breathes on the cities, like a friend.
I dream of souls that are always free,
Like clouds that fly,
Full of humanity in the depths of the soul.

I'm...not sure I get the connection? People are perfectly capable of dreaming of worlds OTHER than Pandora...

I don't think there's any direct connection, but the themes are similar, no doubt.

Oh I don't mean there's any causal connection. I just meant that those lyrics are evocative of what we feel about Avatar, albeit written in a different context.
