I still need to know when the dates are 100% fixed and not going to changed, as well as arrangements for when people are arriving and leaving so I can work out when I'll be there and book plane tickets, then it will become 100% for me :)

well sort of. 61 is the MAX people we could ever have (at this point) while 44 is the likely amount of people that will show up.
