Another victory for JC regarding lawsuits. This time, it's the infamous 2.5 Billion dollar lawsuit by science fiction writer Bryant Moore.

Um...why's he just now suing? At most, I would've waited until the initial DVD sales passed.

For real, like he hadn't heard of Avatar when it came out. That alone should be enough evidence that this dude's idea wasn't copied because he wasn't immediately alarmed at seeing the trailer thinking "WHAT?? THAT WAS MY IDEA!", or else he literally lives in a cave in the wilderness.

This is what, the ninth lawsuit James Cameron has faced regarding Avatar?

I thought it was the 4th. :P
