I just kept hearing all the hipster jerks at school whine about it, and then alternatively, everyone else going nuts over it, so it was pretty irresistible to me. That said, I didn't see it until late January, so I'd have probably missed it if it hadn't run for so long and I'd waited until another day.

Given the chance, I'd go back to 2009 and forcibly drag my younger butt to the theater so that I wouldn't have to see it for the first time on a 22" TV in my bedroom :D

I would have went to see it in the theaters, still kicking myself for not doing it all this time later. Other than that I am glad I did watch it and got to know my fav. movie of all time.

i'm sure they will bring it back to cinemas (maybe IMAX) in the future so you can get the chance to experience it on the big screen :)

Speaking of which Tm20, they have Avatar in the IMAX right now. :D
IMAX Sydney | Avatar 3D Shame that I don't have the funds to see it at the moment... If they can screen Avatar again in the IMAX then I'm sure other cinemas around the world might screen it again in the near future. We just need to keep our eyes open for any news. |
I do about anything to have the incredible emotional experience that was my fist viewing. It was as if I had awoken after years of sleep. I fear that I have slowly fallen back into that less desirable state.
How to get it back I wonder... |
