Your Bucket list.....
Anyone got one and feel like sharing a desire or two?
I will if you will....:) |
Juicy :D So far I have only a few.
1. To walk the Pennine Way, regarded as the toughest walk in Britain. 2. To observe a deer rut, to see two stags fight and one emerge triumphant. 3. See the northern lights. 4. Plant a woodland of at least 10 acres all by myself. |
I just completed one of my bucket list items... :D
I think getting fluent in at least one other language is a high priority for me - and I've managed to improve my Spanish a lot this year. Then there's a career-related "what will I contribute to the world" kind of goal that I have, but I don't feel like divulging that... There are certainly other things I'd love to do, but these come the most readily to mind. |
i want to go to South Africa , it looks extremely fun therehttp://www.jetsetzero.tv/wp-content/...12/generic.jpg

For me right now, it would be:
1. To travel all across Wales, Ireland, Scotland and England as well as visiting some of the islands such as the Isle of Man and hopefully get a better grasp of speaking and reading Welsh language as well as gettting in contact with a few relatives over there. 2. To finish my University course and hopefully get a job as a Social Worker/ Social Support Worker for the elderly or those people with disabilities in my community. 3. To help my family finally get a house. |
Awesome!
Here's one of mine that leads to another...... To survive out in the wild with nothing but my clothes for at least three days. If successful, I want to get a tattoo of Earth on my right calf as memory of surviving on this planet the way we should. |
i want to actually visit and see things in all 50 states of America, my country of birth/residence. so far, i have visited 41 states of the 50, with only Alaska, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Wyoming left on the list. on my 2012 Grand Canyon trip, i drove through 23 states in about two months...Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, and back to Virginia after visiting the Great Smokey Mountains Nat'l Park. wow, that was a trip!
nine states to go! what the heck is in Wisconsin??? |

^I second that notion :) :)

i am also adding a bunch of National Parks and Monuments to my bucket list, such as Yosemite and Yellowstone. this is a picture i took in 2012, among several thousand i took on that trip, of Black Dragon Canyon on Route 15 in Nevada. it was recently added as a national monument preserve area by the current Department of the Interior.

To go where few have gone before...whether Everest or Ganymede.
To have a $1,000,000,000 investment portfolio, and for it to continue to rise. To have a happy family that's together |
i think i'm gonna add the Avatar Sequels/Prequel to my bucket list, meaning i hope to see all of them completed and a theatrical run, in my lifetime. *sighs*
