Avatar 2 & 3 will probably start shooting next February
 

Edit: my bad, read the news too fast, the scripts should be finished in February, shooting should start later in 2013.

1- Yay!!
2- Scripts are almost done.
3- Will probably shoot in 48 fps (if the public likes it. Re: the Hobbit).

I don't know where you see February, these say end of 2013.

With all the "announcements", revisions to the announcements, explanations of the announcements, and denials of the announcements, I will believe "That it is going to be shot" AFTER IT HAS OPENED, and is showing in the Movies.
Until such time, I have Aircraft to fly, Motorcycles to ride, and animals to hunt.

It looks like it's just the scripts that are supposed to be finished by February, and that actual shooting will commence later.

Well, progress is progress... I always thought JC had all the plot in his mind before, still having a few months for the script seems like a long time.

Apperantly a screen play takes a lot of time.

It would be awesome if principle photography on the sequels begins next year, even if it's at the end of next year...that would be okay with me. :)

Right now, I'm happy to learn of any information even if it is conjecture. I think he could get them done by February.
