I'd say sleep, if you go to bed with a full stomach you might feel a bit sick...

I had chicken catchatori for dinner.

Penne quattro formaggi and wine grapes, at lunch I had some bolognese pasta and tomato soup, but I ran out of Italian wine! Arghh

I just had bacon, sausages, lebanese bread, and spaghetti for dinner ;)

I had mashed potato, carrots, peas and fish for dinner :)
