i went to the Red Dragon tonight in Montreal ( medieval theme restaurant and you have the waiters/actors serving you with accent and such, very funny/interesting place )
i ate a flank of ( in french ) Sanglier
in english i think its simply called a Boar? ( like what Obelix crave for and eat quite a few each day in Asterix comics )
that was purely amazing
