Feeling drawn back, and it feels good

Hello everyone, and a pleasure to see all of you, old and new, again.

As you can imagine, an awful lot has changed since I was last here quite some time ago. I've matured a lot (or I'd like to think so anyway), I've been studying and working with a distance education high school, worked out where I want to go in life, met someone I really love, and in general, life has been pretty eventful. In another six years I'll move on, become a psychologist, watch the next Avatar movie (or movies, hopefully :D) and travel to the US.

In all honesty, however, I really miss Tree of Souls. The company I've met here is some of the best I've ever known, and could hope to. You guys are like family to me, whether we've ever talked or not; hell, it feels like I grew up here. As I joined literally the day after my 13th birthday, I remember - I was happily the youngest poster for a year or two - I suppose I did grow up from this site. And it's thanks to all of you, and I want to give back.

So, I suppose this is a re-introduction thread, and maybe I placed it in the wrong forum, but a lot of the older posters here will already know me. It truly makes me happy to be here again, and I hope I can fit in.
tl;dr I love you guys and I got the time and commitment to come back so hai.

I'll be honest, I have a bit of a laziness commitment issue when it comes to multitasking, and between a lot of work and individual projects and funding and the internet, it's hard for me to get stuff done. Still, I'm happy to be here as much as I can be, and I'm hoping from today forth I can again be an active member. :)

Procrastination is an art and I am the artist! ;) Well makes sense but you come off as like you won't come back or something. I suggest you at least get emails or something of the members you do like and at least keep in touch. Internet is very convenient for that and it sucks being in college alone at times where you're new and don't know anyone so keeping in touch is always nice and you don't need the forum specifically for that. Good luck future Psychologist. Nice path you plan on walking.

Thank you, truly! :) And I'm sorry if it came off as that way; I'd love to spend as much time as I can on on the forum, so long as I can. I might just have some downtimes now and then between fieldwork (eventually), an operation I plan on having, and traveling of course. But until then, hi. ;)

Understandable but that will go away soon. You'll grow to enjoy college I think. So hang in there, embrace the change, and be happy with life. You're welcome. :hi:

Oh, yes. Writing's still by far my favourite leisure, though I mostly do poetry and small pieces at the moment, leaving my novel until the holidays free from work. And thank you.
