James Cameron + Cirque du Soleil = 'Avatar' Arena Show
 

Following his work with the Cirque du Soleil in 2012 for Worlds Away 3D, James Cameron is in a partnership again with CdS to produce a live arena show inspired by the Avatar universe.

Not much details yet but more info at this link.

The show should be ready late 2015, so roughly a year before Avatar2 is released (if still on schedule).

Well at least it's not a stage musical, but I guess that means my time is limited to finish writing one.

Oh my gosh this sounds kickass.

How ironic.

They just did a show here called "Totem" about the history of humans, and I immediately wondered how well they could do something about Avatar.

Guess I might find out.

I'd definitely like to see this! I've been to 3 Cirque performances, and they were all great! I'd love to see what they'd do with Avatar. :)
