the tannenites are out to get me at work, so many of them daily trampling on my freedom to not like/condone/appease/suck up to the giant orange-faced gasbag currently soiling the 1500 count bedsheets in the Lincoln Bedroom. we are ever so marching towards the real life Hunger Games...
*is that a predator drone over my house???* |
Kicking in a little side-post:
The way I read this thread was "The Trump Thread". Looked through to see what was posted... ...Sure enough. |
Certainly seems to be the dominating discussion topic in politics these days!

For sure - and yet since I moved to the US I can't ignore it as easily as before, since it now has a more direct effect on my future. There's still this, too...

so now president biff is claiming that former President Obama was spying on his campaign and wiretap/bugging trump ivory tower, lol. geez, of all the ludicrous stuff that has assailed my ears and eyes of this orange-faced clown's claptrap, this has to be the winner. let's apply some logic here, since king biff won't. Pres. Obama could only serve two terms, which he did, so he would nothing and tarnish his legacy forever, if he was caught in some sorta nixon/watergate thing, and emaillary clearly didn't need his help since she won the popular vote by OVER 3 MILLION VOTES, and had plenty of upswing momentum during the election. none of the gibberish emanating from the tannen administration makes any sense at all. smh at what a morass of bullcrap my country's politics have descended into. can we possibly sink any lower....?
*oh i think we can* |

If the topic of Trump is boring everybody, we could always debate the benefits and drawbacks of feudalism?
Benefit 1: No possibility of the plebs voting in Donald Trump. Drawback 1: Your feudal lord might be more undesirable than Donald Trump and there will be no way to get rid of him. Jesus, we just can't get away from Trump. |
I hope there's something else than feudalism. ;)
The problem is that you cannot on one hand to elect the president based on the number of votes and on the other hand elect the representatives according to the regional votes. That would make a President Clinton with a Republican majority.... The only way to have a 99% perfect system is to go back to the tribal life or any group/cult with a relatively small number of people. Then, no need to have a representative. You go to the town hall and you vote. You can even make a system of compromise where 100% of the people have to wholeheartedly accept a decision. The drawback is that there will be always someone who will rig or break the system. |
The teachings of Tracer Tong. :)

we could make a separate king biff tannen thread just for him, lol :P

The topic of Brexit came up at college this morning. Most people in the class very wisely went quiet and looked uncomfortable, but there are always those that feel the need to let everybody know the way they voted.

so our glorious king-in-chief biff donald tannen decided to tweet about Snoop Dogg, at the ungodly hour of 3am the other day. biff basically said that Snoop is a failure, a has-been, and generally irrelevant to American popular culture. lolz. what planet of stupid does king biff live on?! smh.
i hope Snoop uses this stupidity as motivation to bring out another number 1 song and album, to continue his over 22 year reign as one of the kings of rap/pop/top40, and stick that next milestone straight in the orange painted pasty-face of the clown currently residing in the White House mop closet. speaking of failure, Snoop has never declared bankruptcy in his adult working/performing life, while king/crook biff tannen has 7 CORPORATE BANKRUPTCIES AND 2 PERSONAL BANKRUPTCIES, it's no wonder that inept fool won't let us see his un-redacted tax returns. who's the failed beeotch now, orange-face clown???:angry::angry: |
Yep, but the trend of people like Biff is now dying out as countries wise up to get rid of these freaks. Last week the Netherlands said no to Geert Wilders, (Their Trump) by not voting for him at all. Then at the same time Filipino Trump Rodrigo Duterte will be impeached by his own people soon because of how he's been dealing with issues. Abuse of power. An opposition lawmaker filed an impeachment complaint in the Philippine Congress on Thursday against President Rodrigo Duterte, calling for his removal for what he said were high crimes, betrayal of public trust and abuses of power.

Well at least it seems like Captian Cheeto's ineptness is limiting the ability of his people getting thier agenda through... at least for now, so there is some glimmer of hope, (maybe his hands were too small to "repeal" Obamacare?). ;)

So... what should we call Obama then if we're making jokes based on skin colour?
|
Quote:
that's not his skin color, what is wrong with you?! self-important celebrity buffoons with caucasian/pale skin often try to darken up their palid pastiness by wearing unsightly looking and clownish fake-tan skin bronzer, and on dudes it's even more stupid looking. hence, that bloated silver-spoon racist liar masquerading as our current clown-in-chief. |
I think iron_jones' point was more that complaining about Trump on a superficial level (i.e. commenting on his fake tan rather than his actual policies) might do more harm than good since it detracts from what he's actually doing badly - in a sense, ridiculing Trump is using the same rhetoric as he himself has been criticized of.
Or he could be sarcastic for the sake of it but the above is nonetheless a point to consider. :) I'm not a fan of Donald Trump in the slightest, but I do feel there might be a danger in insulting bad leaders on accounts unrelated from their actual actions and policies, both for the reasons mentioned above but also because it implies it's OK to insult people based on things like using spray tans (some people like to, and that should be perfectly fine), or their weight (obesity is a problem but ridicule is hardly the answer), and so on. It's only my opinion of course but I feel Trump should answer for his actions as a president. |
well, i am less than impressed by his time in office so far, and am very critical of his rule by executive order policy, and the continued assault on environmental protection, consumer protection, and this country's reputation as seen by the rest of the world, whom we are a part of, and need as trading partners. i shake my head in disgust every day, at the actions of this person elected to the highest office in the land. hopefully, i continue to have my right to do so, as well as other rights that are constantly being undermined by the policies of the last few administrations since 9/11.
|
IMO, my nickname for him is just a way to relieve frustration without getting nasty, honestly I'd like to cuss the POTUS out, lol IMO i think trying to turn the issue into a racial one is just a way to get people fired up as there are no orange humans naturally that I know of as to what J'ak said earlier, I think the cheeto moniker is pretty decent for the man, as like a cheeto, he has no substance, is fake, is bad for the country, and is IMO the embodiement of our society as it is today, oh and yes I almost forgot he is "dangerously cheezy" figuratively and litterally, honestly frankly it is all really just depressing as the sawtute insanity just is seeming to get worse and worse.

French elections! Waaaaaaaa! Really dislike both these candidates so good luck Frenchies.
|
So, a lot's happened in the last year. Maybe we could revive this thread?
They successfully avoided the French version of Trump. For now. |
congrats on France not electing another trump clone, lol, but we still have Orange-Faced One in power here, and probably he'll win 2020 term too, since the Demotards can muster nothing to seriously challenge the Republitards Cheeto Champion. *sighs*

Hope everyone else in the states is ready to vote in a few weeks. (Or already, if you can.)

i voted in the congressional races and my local elections, several new ordinances and proposal fundings got my vote as well. in my area at least, it seemed to be pretty much the same voter turnout as the 2016 local/congressional elections. people turn out for the presidential election, but don't go to the midterm elections. smh.

I'm thankful that Donald Trump is the President of the United States. He has done such an incredible job considering that he has so many against him and the prosperity of our nation. His presidency has shined a light on the corruption and true agenda of the left. They once hid their agenda, and they were allowed to fly under the radar for a very long time; but it's out now, and it's just as ugly as right wing "conspiracy theorists" and religious leaders said it is. As a Christian I can say that, from the Christian perspective, the leftist agenda is obviously satanic. I cannot believe the Democrats are able to find any United States citizen to support them and their satanic anti-American agenda. I can't believe after being caught in so many lies the left wing media is still taken seriously by some. They went on for two years pushing a lie; and they actually had their audience believing that the President of the United States is a Russian agent, and that he would be removed from office any day. Haha! Such nonsense! :xD:
Watching MSNBC reminds me of SNL news skits... People are waking up to the truth and are leaving the Democrat party. The #WalkAway movement has gained enormous momentum after the Russian collusion nonsense was finally revealed to be a hoax. Which was no surprise to most sane people. Donald Trump being president is going to turn out to be one of the best things to ever happen to the United States. It's revealing all of the snakes that have been hiding in the garden. Politicians are now boldly voicing their true opinions and discussing their agendas no matter how horrific it may be. The left wing media is trying to keep the Russian collusion hoax alive to give gullible people false hope that any day we're going to see President Trump removed from office. We're also seeing left wing social media platforms censoring Conservatives in an effort to silence the opposition, and the truth. I'm glad all of this is happening because more people are paying close attention to politics than ever before, and that's not good for Democrats. When Everyone seeing the Democrats showing their true colors has cause many thousands of life long Democrat voters to say they'll never vote Democrat again. Thank you Jesus! |

Wait a minute, that's not his name. |
I'm honestly surprised this thread hasn't turned into a sh*t show. I mean, yeah we've got insults being hurled out, but not totally getting out of hand.
All I'll say is I'm a conservative libertarian, so pretty much everybody hates me. |

I'll just leave this here — Professional trolling :xD:
And this! Haha hahaa! — Trolling :awesome: I love this president! :P He's a really likable guy. This kind of stuff is hilarious to me, and this is why his supporters love him. He absolutely does not care what anyone thinks of him. He's having the time of his life, and he's going to do what's right for the United States no matter who goes after him. |

This is a historic moment for the history books. This guy is setting records that have never been achieved left and right. This is just the cherry on top. For the first time in 70 years we're looking at the possibility of peace in the Korean peninsula.
https://scontent-dfw5-1.cdninstagram...ninstagram.com There are more Americans with jobs right now than ever before in the history of our nation. More blacks have jobs now than ever before. Women are graduating from college and starting businesses at higher rates than men. More than 3.9 million Americans are off of welfare. This guy is a rockstar! I wish he could run for a third term! I don't see how anyone could look at what's going on and not feel good about it. Trump Administration Accomplishments — www.whitehouse.gov This is a big difference from President Obama. I got so tired of hearing things like, "President Obama created 200,000 jobs in India." This isn't India dude! And did you hear the Democrat presidential candidates? They're speaking in Spanish and saying they'll give illegal immigrants free healthcare. What about the people of THIS country?! Democrat candidates are promising things that President Trump has already done, and they're bringing up things that were handled decades ago; such as equal pay for women. Vote for them and they'll make sure women no longer face income inequality. That was done 56 years ago! The Equal Pay Act of 1963 What's next? Are they going to promise to free the slaves? That's already been done too, by Abraham Lincoln, the founder of the Republican party. Just like President Trump, the only reason Abraham Lincoln won the presidency is because of the electoral college too, thank God! I'm proud of the accomplishments of the Republicans. The Democrats are the party of slavery, KKK, Jim Crow laws, and they almost successfully blocked the Civil Rights Act. The Democrats are nothing but a nuisance. They are obstructionist! If you're a patriotic American citizen and you're proud of our country — what you're proud of — is mostly what the Republicans have accomplished. To accomplish any of it they've practically had to fight the Democrats the whole way. |
