I'm a Disney-first fan, but I found this forum to see what the real Avatar fans thought about the land coming to Disney World. I just wanted to let you all know there is an official "Shop Disney Parks" app with over 100 Avatar items. The shipping isn't crazy; there's free shipping with orders over $75 until the end of July. I know there hasn't ever been much Avatar merchandise... I hope you enjoy!

I wonder if photos can be taken of the animatronic Na'vi shaman seen in the video clips? I'm curious how she was designed and built.

Unfortunately the hoodies haven't made it to ebay so far, let alone with the possibility of shipping to Germany.

I couldn't resist though and got the UV shirt instead. It wasn't exactly cheap but f**k it, this is the kind of Avatar merch I wanted for years :D

As far as I know non flash photos can be taken on the na'vi river journey ride and the queue for the other rides ,, you can not capture video or take photos of the actual "flight of passage" experience though there are leaked examples out there,,
the example below is the shaman of songs and The Avatar body suspended in fluid in the flight of passage ride queue .. looking for a documentary on the creation of the shaman of songs animatronic myself.
amassing very expressive animatronic examples very well done , I do know the shaman of songs uses motion capture process originally driven by the natural expressions of a human just like the charters in the film ..
(do note if the audio sync is off on a number of videos and this naturally does not help uncanny valley issues)
