Should I use this as a pick up line for girls? :D

Try getting society to play ball.

I'd like to, but I live in a really cold country so clothing is a must most of the time :P
(It really is cold, its spring/almost april and it was snowing today). |
oh..thats a nice topic. yeh i wouldnt have the cold prob. here 9 months of the year its summer.
Snowing?? in April..I am with a T Shirt all day long. its 34 oC outside |
It'd be nice, but it's too cold (and yeah, society and all...)
|
Quaritch: You gotta be kiddin' me!
...These dumb bastards ain't gettin' the message. |
It's great to get naked once in a while, your face at least. ;)
Sometimes when i'm walking in the rain, i'll have my hood up and my cap on. I'll take them off and just let the rain hit my face. It's a really nice feeling. |
Police questioning: "Why were you outside, in the middle of the second largest city in Sweden, naked?"
Me: "I've read it's good for the brain." Police: "Fair enough." ... That'll only work if the police is from Skåne, though. |
If it's Sweden, they probably would :P
On the other hand, it's Sweden, so you'll freeze to death. |

I wouldn't want to go naked in public. To much embarassment. I know there are people who will do household chores in the nude. As long as its in their own home, that should be fine. It wouldn't work in a cold climate to go nearly naked though. Very cold!

We have been clothed in society far to long for this to be accepted really. I will say though, while the female body is a thing of beauty, the male body is not. LMAO anyone watch sinfield?

That show is hilarious... and wrong as well. :D Going nude isn't exactly... well, since I believe we all have a sin nature, we'd all be too preoccupied with sex if we all went out in the nude. Whether or not it's a agreed we have a sin nature, I think we can all pretty much agree on the latter of what I said... |

Religion has a LOT to do with this, especially the Abrahamic religions. All trace their roots back to the story of Adam and Eve, where the idea that nakedness is a sin, and that the body should be covered, first comes from. |
I would say its more common in Europe for a reason such as this! :D (not a serious post)

Sadly, it's kinda true. LOL :P

Nude beaches state that their purpose is to show themselves at their liberty: the way god (or "mother nature" in some groups) created them. It's a way of stating their lifestyle, and what they consider "moral" and "immoral". They've established that nudity isn't necessarily a symbol of sex. They're the one exception, and pretty rare in the world as compared with the rest of society. You're right about them, but they can't be used as an example because nude beaches are usually made up primarily of fun-seekers, who don't regularly come, but rather have spontaneous trips for "leisure". They can't represent society because they're a rare bunch. Natives of other countries have societies that are raised to understand certain habits and principles. For instance, you'll have to look long and hard to find a native tribe somewhere in the world that uses absolutely no clothes (I contend there aren't any, but there's always a possibility; I don't know everything). Sure, there are many tribes where the women are topless, but the reproductive areas are always covered up, representing the values of what sex really means. Even the Na'vi had their primary genitals covered in some form or another. We, as a civilized society see breasts as a sexual item (and rightly so). But in the technical sense of word, they aren't actually part of the reproductive process. So when the question is asked, "Why shouldn't we present ourselves as freely as we want," not including the fact that our society forbids it, I stand by my guns: we'd be too preoccupied with sex. Breasts are debatable, other genitals aren't. ;) |

LMAO if someone wants to be in the buff at his or her home is their prerogative. Anyway that being said that article has a lot of things wrong particularly regarding clothes and tying them up to skin cancer. Skin cancer is cause by overexposure of damaging UV rays. Basking in the sun while is not at it's peak it's healthy. It is decidedly not otherwise.
Take it from someone that does live in the tropics... |

This is just my take on it. As far as running around naked I'm all for it. My wife tells me that it is my preferred state. The only problem is that I'm more on the American side of Human No More's image in his recent post. Oh well... |
