Spanish Lessons :P
 

I've read in a couple of posts that some people is interested in learning Spanish, well ... im from Chile and here we speak spanish as main language, so if you are interested in learning it, send me a PM or add me on MSN or Skype.

I just wanted to share this information with all of you :P

I know so little, really the only things I remember very few things from the 3 years in HS and other funny stuff. Other than that all my knowledge is from when I was starting school and they taught spanish, they should have kept it going because now I dont know much at all LOL. I almost feel I would have to go to a spanish speaking area and not be allowed to have anyone speak english to me to be able to pick it up.

I used to know the sentence "I can't dance tango because I have a wooden leg" (witch for som reason I know in Finnish as well!) but I can't remember it know. Can you help me out? ;)

No puede bailar el tango porque yo tengo una pierna de madera.

Damn close, Shatner. You just have to change "puede" (the conjugation used for "he", "she" or the formal "you"--Ud.) to "puedo" (the conjugation used for "I"). That's the LITERAL translation...but I'm sure Damián can give us a more colloquial way of saying the phrase...

I took Spanish for 3 years... but I don't think I retained much :P
My teacher was horrible. She had like... problems :/ lol

^My teacher used to talk to herself in spanish! :D

Mine too!!
She used to talk the entire time in Spanish and it was only Spanish 2! And she would expect us to know what she was talking about...
One time a sub came in and taught and I swear I learned more in that class period than I had the rest of the year LOL!

hahahaha :D :D :D i can also translate some sentences if you want ... also i can teach spanish to those who want to learn :P
