The Worst Movies Ever Made....
 

I recall that this thread was also on the AF board. Here in my opinion is the worst movies ever made:

Manos: Hands of Fate
Plan 9 From Outer Space
Pod People
Monster a Go-Go
Doom


Most of these were riffed by the MST3K folks. It isn't hard to understand why. If you get the chance though, definitely check out Manos: Hands of Fate. It is so bad that you will end up laughing through it. Surprisingly, a small theatre group took the script and made a stage production of it. As a result, they produced an hilarious comedy :).

So, what in your opinion, is the worst movies ever made?

I narrowed it down to 2 a long time ago:

Worst animated: Antz

Worst live-action: Spaced Invaders


Also, let's keep this to "worst movies ever made" and not "movies I didn't like or thought were trash, but not the worst", because that's what this thread on AF became. ;)

I agree :). The movies that I put in my first post all were poorly executed (dialogue, plot, characters, editing, etc). That is what I refer to when I am talking about the worst movies. As for as content, that is a different topic.

Worst movie I ever saw in theatres was Battlefield Earth. Only movie I've ever asked for my money back after seeing.

Having said that, I've seen way worse on MST3K episodes. Manos is probably the worst (or best, depending on how you look at it).

Never seen them, but from what I've heard, Battlefield Earth and 2012.
