Rain rain go away...
 

I'm sure some of you know or have heard that the Northeast has been just pummeled lately with rain...we've had a glorious week of sun, and just yesterday people had finally stopped pumping out basements, roads were clear again...and today it rained some more. :P

We've been very fortunate, and I know we could have it much much worse (many people in the area are indeed having a lot of trouble)...but we're about rained out, here, I think! :P Too soggy for too long, and I just had to let that out. :shy:

It hasn't been to bad here. We have had much worse and really this has been one of the better springs we have had in a few years, we haven't had any floods, drenching rains. It is almost to early to say it and I don't want to jinx it but it seems that the year has started out good for us, which is important to me because farming has a lot to do with the weather.

I like the rain.

back in Kodiak, it would rain for weeks at a time, and it felt good.

I do like the rain, but believe me, when it starts causing flooding, more rain is very unwelcome! Really, we've been pretty lucky so far. I don't mean to complain. :P

We enjoy rain here in Spain, it's not very frequent specially during summer. It cleans the air and feels good, at least to me.

I remember that last month I'd been walking like 6 km of one of the main streets of Madrid while it was raining. I was completely wet when I came back but it felt great, running under the water and jumping over the puddles.

Hasn't been that much rain here, it's been quite hot the last few days...

send the rain to Chile :D :D i love rain and since October 2009 there's no rain here :( so do want do want do want do want :D

We were supposed to have rain here in Florida about two days ago but it seems that it never came. It was hot last week but today its beautiful, sunny and warm with a bit of a cool breeze :). This is how Florida should be. This isn't what it will be in a few weeks :(. We do need the rain though, especially now that the plants and trees are budding and the pollen has got everywhere.
