The Heart. Fly With Me.
 

EDIT:This is a re post from our previous forum, just thought I'd share one of my heart felt writings here.

I breath in. I feel the air enter my lungs, fueling my body, the very thing that keeps me alive. We need air.
But then I exhale, and that life leaves me. Certainly I should distress, panic, peril? No, for there is something else that keeps me living, that keeps all that I am alive in the power of feeling.

My Heart.

As I exhale, I feel nothing but it's frantic drumming against my chest, nothing but it's energy coursing through my body.
When I feel pain, my Heart keeps beating. When I feel suffering, my Heart keeps beating. When I feel all hope is lost and we are forever doomed, my Heart keeps beating.
It is the most consistent in my life, because it is not only there to keep me breathing, but to remind me of everything I am meant to be, to feel.

Feel your Heart.

Brothers, Sisters, Fly with me. Soar with me over the highest mountains, glide with me across the vastest Seas. There is no barrier that will hold us, no fence to keep us in. We are meant realize ourselves, realize each other.

Feel your Heart, and anything is possible, nothing is impossible. Hear the words of those who seek nothing but resentment and loneliness, and listen. For they know not the power they hold in themselves, the absolute truth awaiting to be released.

Fly with me, and together we shall realize the true beauty of this world, of it's people.

Spread your wings and seek nothing but your internal truth.
And through everything, realize Love. Love can make you, Love can break you. Love can condemn you, Love will save you.

We have forgotten ourselves, forgotten others. We were always meant to Love, always meant to Soar on the wings of one another.

So I tell you, the next time you exhale that valuable air..
Feel your Heart beating to the rhythm of all that you are, and all that you were meant to be. Love will save this world. Love will save our people.

Discover the truth within.

Rockets to the sun ! God brother, I like very much the way you write these kinda things sometimes... well, not sometimes, all the time ! It's amazing and it gave me a big set of goosebumps and the will to scream, "Damn he's right". :)

That was beautiful and inspiring. I love reading your posts. You have a gift. Keep it up :)

I too have been touched by death of some of those close to me. Unfortunately it is pretty much unavoidable unless you isolate yourself from others. Sometimes I think back to those I have lost many years ago and I can be temporarily overcome. While mainly sad those moments are a strange conflict of emotions. From despair, hope can spring.

I try to use it to remember that we have to live for today as much as we can.

Oel Ngati Kameie, and I'm very glad to see you here. You have a great knack for putting my feelings into words. It's posts like this that make me love this community.

I remember this post on the AF. Thank you for posting it again profoundheart. It is a very beautiful post and an important one to ponder :).

When I read these words, just like when I watched the movie, I could 'feel' the pounding on my heart, the beating of the drums, and the wind beneath my wings.

Thank you Liam, your words always bring a smile to my face and a feeling of hope to my life. I agree 100% that I see you doing great things in your lifetime.
