I sure as hell can't wait 10 years for that :P At most, around 5 :P

On the plus side, that long wait can probably separate the true fans from the less-fervent ones :)

Human No More 05-07-2010 05:00 PM

Perhaps... but it will also cause the less true fans to forget about Avatar :(

I would say it is gonna be at least 5 years before it hits theaters. Mainly because of time to write, create, shoot, etc. Cameron isnt one to do anything just to do it so it will take him some time. I am ok with that because his stuff is always right on.

I know I am certainly glad that Zoe was cast though, she was perfect for it and made it hers. Sounds like she also is very excited that a sequel will happen which is great!

:'( dont say that!

Man. I don't think I can wait 5 years. Well at least that gives us all time to become more fluent in Na'vi. Oe tsun si peu Norm hasey. Ngim rey James Cameron. Oel ngati kameie tsmukan. Nga txan eyktan.

Oh good! I was worried from the title that this would be a "Zoe demands a spa pool on site, 10 massages a day" etc. etc. etc. kinda thing. Phew! She's great :D And practical, I can understand what she's saying.

Human No More 05-09-2010 03:46 PM

You sure beat me in Na'vi linguistics, my friend!
Anyways, I can wait for 5 years if I have to. I mean, sooner would be better, but Avatar 2 is the last movie I would want to see rushed. When Cameron does the next one, he'll put just as much heart and soul into it as he did the first, which makes it worth the wait!

Fkeu'itan 05-11-2010 03:58 PM

I'm willing to wait a little longer if it means the final product has more quality.

And besides... 5 years will give us enough time to convention it up! :P

That's also my oppinion. But I think, if anyone is able to shoot perfect secuals, it is James Cameron. He knows the stress, which weigh on him and I don't think, that he will destroy the high anticipations of the fans.

Human No More 05-20-2010 06:56 PM

You're right, but how long do we wait?... :(
