How Many Avatar Forums are You on?

I find it difficult to post to and keep up with more than one actually. I am on here and at Avatar_Forums. If I find something I want to post, I have to post it to both places. Then I need to check answers at both places, check new posts at both places, etc. It's just too much.

I am also registered at NaviBlue, but I almost never go there. I don't like their format, but more than that I just can't keep up with three forums - two is hard enough.

I sometimes also check out James Cameron On Line, but, like I said above, it's just hard to keep up. I could not post every bit of Avatar related news I find on four forums, let alone two.

I was just wondering how many forums others are on and if they find it difficult to juggle too many places.

Toshowlove 04-14-2010 07:48 PM

I'm on both AF and here, but i prefer here and rarely go to AF anymore. These fulfil my avatar needs, i dont need to look elsewhere :)

ZenitYerkes 04-14-2010 07:50 PM

ToS only, I feel home here :D

Stanley_9875 04-14-2010 07:53 PM

I only go onto AF to check my message box, sometimes I'll get a message from Shatnerpossum (he will be missed here) and a random visitor message or two, but other than that I'm always here anyways :) This place is my home

Sovereign 04-14-2010 07:56 PM

I'm on AvF, NaviBlue and one more. Here's where most of my postings go (for now).

txen 04-14-2010 08:03 PM

AF and ToS. There is a slightly different user base at AF and ToS. I think that I like the vibe better here, but there are people over on AF that I feel much more connected to.

I've visited Navi Blue, but it didn't do much for me. Are any of the other forums as active?

I have enough trouble keeping up with these two, no way that I could do more than that. Hold on that is not true. I post on two totally unrelated forums also. Sleep is over rated. ;)

Human No More 04-14-2010 08:06 PM

Almost entirely here, although I do occasionally read AF.

Cyan 04-14-2010 08:37 PM

Exclusively here :glol:

Helicoradian 04-14-2010 08:43 PM

Mostly on here and rarely at AF.

Dreamwalker 04-14-2010 08:48 PM

here and AF
I used to post on AF more, but it's been slowing down lately.

TheIknimaya 04-14-2010 08:51 PM

I'm on here and AF.

I post here more than I do on AF, mainly because I like the environment here and the people here are a nicer group of people. :)

Taw Tsamsiyu 04-14-2010 09:03 PM

Mostly here and sometimes AF and also learnnavi.org

rapunzel77 04-14-2010 09:10 PM

I used to try to post on both the AF and TOS but now I'm on TOS almost exclusively and I rarely go on AF now. I prefer TOS for the discussions and the environment. This is by far the nicer set of people :).

iluvneytiri 04-14-2010 09:13 PM

I'm here and on Avatar Forums. Once in a while I visit the learnnavi forum, because the Na'vi language really turns me on. Sometimes it's hard to participate in so many forums, there just isn't enough time!

Vauktu 04-14-2010 09:14 PM

Currently, I'm a frequent visitor on 2 Avatar forums - both ToS and AF.

^This

I also post my fanfic over at AF because i'm a bit of a seeker like that. :D

Never been to Learn Na'vi, Na'vi Blue or anything like that though...

Gunny 04-15-2010 12:00 AM

Im on three but really only post here. I dont find it to difficult, I just made up my mind a while back and stick with it. Im on about 8 different forums though so I just kind of go through phases of ones I post really frequent at. Though for the last few months this one has taken up all of my posting if you cant tell xD

I'm almost exclusively here... I tried to remain active on AF for a while, but I simply don't have the time... I barely have enough time for this forum without sacrificing sleep :)

I'm also sorta at LearnNavi. I post there whenever I have a question about Na'vi that I can't find the answer to anywhere else (which is rarely, because I am amazing at Na'vi :P)

Di' Ana 04-15-2010 01:42 AM

I am on three TOS, AF and Naviblue but because I am not a heavy poster or gamer I don't find it a problem.

I enjoy all three in different ways and have found friends in each. I joined after the big break up, so did not lose friends or anything like that and don't find it a problem being on both. Each site is different, unique and fun in it's own way. TOS has the most beautiful format and the admins have been wonderful.

I can hardly wait for the Avatar extended release so we have more things to talk about.

Haha! :D I can only imagine. ;)

I only post on AF now if I think it's important (like the Avatar complete score). But like most here, I devote about 95% of my Avatar-related forum time on ToS. I had never heard of websites like Na'viBlue or LearnNa'vi until about a week after I joined AF, kind of like my involvement in Avatar picture-harvesting and video-making didn't come until I was far into the whole system. :P

Human No More 04-15-2010 04:27 AM

I have actually meant to check out learnnavi for a while, to try and learn Na'vi better. ToS is the only forum for me, really though. There are several non-Avatar forums I am on, which I have spent so much time here and on AF before ToS that I know that on at least one other forum, people were wondering where I went :P

Gunny 04-15-2010 04:32 AM

^^ I was thinking that before too about the others I am on! :D

Grif 04-15-2010 05:03 AM

I'm on Avatar Forums for fanfics and some general threads, I'm not here that often. Mostly I'm on a completely unrelated site, Forge Hub.

Txum_kali'weya 04-15-2010 06:22 AM

You should keep writing your fanfic. I still read it.

ZitaX 04-15-2010 10:01 AM

I mostly hang here, because i like this layout and theese people so much! ^^

Also posts on the Avatar forums, and i started hanging out on NaviBlue about 5 minutes ago! Thanks for letting me know about that forum! :)

Fridge Magnet 04-16-2010 06:32 AM

I'm on this one most of the time, I check out AF every now and then :D

xcrunner08 04-16-2010 06:34 PM

I am a member of Avatar-Forums, Tree of Souls, and NaviForums tho I spend most of my time on the latter

Apollo 04-16-2010 06:42 PM

I'm here, and no where else.

Boomachucka 04-16-2010 08:13 PM

AF and ToS. I usually only go on AF if there's a lull in the action here for a couple of days, and I need a fix of other Avatar lovers.

Though I'm usually reminded that I find the user base here more mature than the majority of AF (You know what I mean from around the 'boom' of new users), and I generally have deeper and more satisfying conversations with you guys :)

Apollo 04-18-2010 08:41 AM

lol, my internet activity:

-Visit Google (homepage)
-Tree-of-Souls
-Clan webpage (they got real funny images there tehe ^_^)
-Gamespot.com
/internet

I'm not a internet kind of guy, even though I would probably die without it since I use it to play multiplayer on my games daily. And what else! Amazon.com and Newegg.com ftw, better than Wallmart, Oligopolistic shovenists!

VanyahaHeights 11-23-2010 09:59 AM

Pretty much on Naviblue fulltime. But I take a peek in avatar-forums & This site from time to time.:shy:

ISV Venture Star 11-23-2010 10:15 AM

I used to post in the imdb Avatar room before and shortly after the film came out. Then I joined avatar forums on Dec 27. I think I'm the 65th member. Saw naviblue being spammed on every Avatar related news article at around the same time and it put me off. Was too scared to join learnnavi until very recently, when I finally decided to bite the bullet and start work on my meagre language skills. Joined naviprime, never posted.

Regarding tree-of-souls - I put Avatar related stuff to one side for a few months this year so that I could concentrate on relocating to Australia. When I came back to avatar-forums there had clearly been some kind of change or disturbance. Possible schism? Anyway, I found tree-of souls and decided I liked the atmosphere.

Schism? What do you mean?

Human No More 11-24-2010 03:01 PM

Well, a lot of the older members plus all the admins originally came from AF, ToS was founded after certain disagreements and events which are now in the past, partly because many people preferred some things differently to how they changed on AF, as well as to preserve the unique atmosphere, that community and understanding that AF had :)

TOS seems "more family like" than A-F for some reason...

I was on Naviblue for 10 months and back in July, tried out A-F, and what a contrast! I felt cozier in Naviblue. And I have to say that TOS is just as wonderful too!:)

Grif 11-24-2010 07:28 PM

I used to be on AF, but now I'm just here. I may have an account on Naviblue, but if I do I never used it.

SaphirJD 11-24-2010 09:00 PM

Here of course, before in Avatar-Forums and partly i hang around a bit in avatarprime too :)

Pa'li Makto 11-25-2010 02:27 AM

I'm on here pretty much exclusively but like many people here, I have an account on Avatar Forums. I check it every now and then but that's about it :D

weka 11-26-2010 12:47 AM

What Pa'li Makto said. Yeah, that.
