So if you haven't booked your room yet (as the profiles on AvatarMeet.com indicate that many haven't), you need to get on that quick.

You don't have to pay for the hotel when you book, just provide a credit card to secure the room. You pay when you check out.

Wow, it's crazy how fast the meetup is approaching. It was this time last year that people were getting ready for the first meetup.
