on a folder:right click>properties>customization>change icon>browse>ToS.ico>OK
example: the folder named Na'vi

shortcut:properties>shortcut>change icon>browse>ToS.ico>OK

It is a shrunken copy of the ToS logo designed as not an image(of reasonable size).
