Who Is Walton Simons?
I've seen him listed in the "Forum Leaders" group ever since I joined, checked out his single post of "Hey there", and that's pretty much all I know.
 Is the account just a testing account? I've always wondered this.

Walton Simons is a little inside joke.
As Sacred said, he is a character from the popular PC game Deus Ex (if you have not played it, DO SO, it's an effin masterpiece). He was in use by me and Kestor back when the forums started. Nowadays he just hangs around here, plotting evil schemes... ...oh and also, he's the director of FEMA.
