When I have P.A.D., I feel down and I usully listen to songs like "Crawling" and "What I've Done" By Linkin Park and also the Green Day trio ("American Idot", "Holiday" and "Bolavard of broken Dreams") Because these songs make me feel that I am alone in my thoughts and no one else feels the same
.But when I have P.A.E., I listen to more uplifting music like "Hey soul sister" "Top Gun Anthome" and esp. "Fireflies"

I normally listen to the Avatar soundtrack when I have P.A.D as it brings me back to the movie.
Now P.A.E I generally jump through all types of stuff LOL! Top Gun is WIN though! add that one to my list

PAD for me is generally a Radiohead/Snow Patrol kind of time.
When i'm in PAE mode, this is the song I listen to...

In PAD mode it's usually the Avatar score or other assorted classical music... Otherwise it'll be awesome upbeat metal, techno, SOME hip-hop, drum & bass (Pendulum), and epic scores. Sometimes even the Avatar score if I feel like reminiscing

I enjoy taking flight, and than invisioning my pencil making something wicked. Mostly with my eyes closed. I mostly listen to emotional/professional music much like that of the Avatar OST. Like these two.
This one from 1:10 to 1:21. If I got a seriously bad case of PAD.. I have to remind myself that this isn't the cliff I'm not going to jump off of today. Having an end to my life would only mean to quit. That also means quitting out of drawing, and ever truly seeing your dream come to life while you still have one. I remind myself that I shouldn't take any bets or chances of my dream becoming real in the afterlife, but I know for sure, the moment I know that I'm going to die, I'll be at peace with a joyful tear in my eye. I would like my last memory to be the best in the world. I'm leaving this world with a smile on my face.

Ahhh Petrucho Wither is awesome. The chorus is really catchy and how the guitar solo enters is just epic.

When it's PAD, it's usually the Avatar OST, of course. I've also found lately that the Moon OST can be comforting, too. Especially "Memories." I bawl like a baby when I listen to this with PAD. Also sometimes the Fray, Crossfade, and Staind.
When it's PAE I like to listen to techno. I usually turn on the Fusion Radio Chicago stream and jam out to that. ![]() PS - I just got some serious deja vu when writing this.

I don't get PAD too bad, alot less lately. But I created a playlist that is meant to make me think of Avatar and bring out that "I really want to be there" feeling. I listen to it nearly, if not, every night. This along with the Avatar soundtrack

Whoa...I've heard of P.A.D, obviously, but not P.A.E(Post Avatar.....Ecstasy???
)There are only two things I listen to enough to be worth mentioning: The Avatar Soundtrack and The Low Anthem. I have other favorite bands but I almost never listen to them.

Check out his other stuff too, he has a lot of songs that relate, but a lot aren't on youtube, or only live versions. And this one, isn't on youtube, so I'll post an mp3, since I know the people from this band personally. If you like them, I can link you to their stuff. Beautiful song though ![]() http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6036637/02%2...20Survives.mp3
