Avatar Board Game...Yes, it's true! LOL
I guess it was only a matter of time before this showed up. A friend of mine just found this and let me know about it and I just had to share with you all. She found it on Amazon. I know what I want for Christmas! LOL

...I read the synopsis for this before, but never saw what the game looked like (didn't see any pictures). I thought the gameplay was totally childish, but now after seeing pictures... with the "ages 8+"... ...Shoot me.

It's clear some of you don't like it, but in my opinion, the only thing I don't like is how complex it DOESN'T look. Not that I'd want to play a really hard and confusing game, but Avatar is the greatest movie ever (to me), and just from appearance, it looks a little too simple like there is not much to it.

I don't think an exact copy of Risk is a great idea, but modeling the gameplay system along those lines might help. So yeah, I'm not buying it, but I bet it'll end up in the bookstore I hang out in occasionally and I'll cringe every time I walk past it.

. However, they'd need to change it up a little, because the Na'vi don't have what we would consider nations (not enough bureaucracy), or borders.
