In the stillness
Quietly perched On the highest peak Gazing upon the vista Green emerald by day Blue saphired by night Only here can I find sanctuary Respite, rejuvination! She is my haven! I do not know If the others still gather Or if she has become but a unobtainable forgotten distance. Yet still here My spirit, My heart, My soul Resides. Breathing in her beauty Fragrance of lushness Her essence lingers Her delectable delicacy Her gentle breeze the touch upon my skin, Her waterfalls and rustlings The music i hear, She is all that I know. On the winds I soar On the wings of Ikran I fly Seeking searching Meaning only In Her skies. I cannot leave I cannot return To a shadowed world Ripped with dispair Lost of hope. Or I would become lost again too!

God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy **** we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. And we're very, very pissed off." - Tyler Durden |
