The proportions could use some work, but other than that, it looks great. Love the shading.

I LOVE how you did the hand! Only critique I got is the eye and ear looks alittle too small

too me it looks like the face is disproportunate to the right side to the left, and that the smile is kinda creepy

Eye doesn't look right, and the smile looks cartoony.

Nice work overall, though.
