Default Been here for a while but...

I didn't notice this board until now, so I figured I would introduce myself.

19 years old - Studying Electrical Engineering at Colorado State University
Love star trek/Avatar (obviously)
Geek in the extreme (computers/chess/Table Tennis Champion)
Love hiking/backpacking/camping/mountain biking/anything outdoors

Thanks. Where in Arizona do you get outdoors? I assume you have visited The Grand Canyon...Neat place, I could spend weeks in there...

It was back in '94. I didn't move here until 2 years ago and haven't been able to get back up there. There are really no words for it, it's just spectacular. We've got the Catalina Mountains here that I like to tromp around in, and Sabino Canyon, which is just amazing in itself.

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the Porcupine Mountains in Colorado?

I think it's in Michigan.

Wherever I can...Mostly Rocky Mountain National Park, Continental Divide Trail and various national forests. Do you backpack?

Oh yeah, I love backpacking, I'd do it every month if I could! I usually go up in the Sierra Nevada mountains, which I absolutely adore. I'm planning on going there again this summer and doing Mt. Whitney. Rocky Mountain NP and the Continental Divide Trail would be places I'd love to visit...heck, I've never even been to Colorado before, there's lots I should see there.

I love snow. I was rolling in it earlier today with my dog XD haha.

I love the Rocky Mountains, so beautiful. Oh and I actually live close to Fort Collins XD Theres another member on here from Colorado, but he lives way south.
