I love that TV series. It was made in the 1980s, before I was born, and its host is Carl Sagan, a really great scientist.
I first watched a translated version of it when I was in China, and I always found it to be really interesting. It describes science in a fascinating manner. Even though science had advanced since then, most of the information still holds true. I've also read Carl's book that he based his TV series on. RIP to Carl Sagan; he is a great man.

I'm resurrecting this topic because I found this clip on youtube. Damn, this show brings back good memories.
As a side note, has anyone watched the Cosmos reboot featuring Neil deGrasse Tyson? Don't have TV or Netflix at college, so I personally haven't watched it.
