Does life feel like it is something you watch from inside your head that's going on outside?
Or does it feel like something you experience with you body in the physical? for me it usually feels like the mind option, but I kinda wish it didn't so much.

I don't really understand the question, so I won't vote
Are you asking if it feels like it's really happening or not?

Sort of. Are you always thinking in your mind, and just sort of going through the motions of life, or do you feel like you're really there and physically paying a lot of attention to the physical world. If that is clearer?

Both??
I do feel like I'm living it, but also anticipating the future. I still don't fully understand, I guess.

I'm sure everyone expiriences it as a mixture of both.

My love for life comes from the mind, so I'm inclined to vote for that option.

Both - I don't quite see how people can only actually think one way on this.

Body - life rarely feels like it comes from the mind and the mind alone for me - it always seems that the underlying flow is fundamentally something physical, rather than perception.

It's both for me. I think maybe we should have a both option so we can vote.

I almost made a both, but I was curious which one you feel more
Which one is how you feel you primarily experience life?

How can it not be both. You process thoughts and what's going on around you with your mind and feel sensations through your body.

I don't think either way more or less - that was my point.

It's a mixture of both. But I voted mind because that's what it seems to lean towards nowadays. Sometimes it does seem like I'm just going through the motions instead of paying attention to the moment.

Also, idk how to make the poll change.
But Helicoradian, how often do you feel like you're just going through the motions, I feel like that nearly everyday. But I don't know how to stop. How do you make it feel more physical. I feel like my mind is always trying to block out a majority of physical feeling to get me through the day.
