Zoe was already heroic (among other things
) in Avatar, but now, she's a hero in real life. While she was driving in LA, she witnessed an accident between two cars. She immediately got out of hers to help an elderly lady get out of her smashed vehicle. The old lady was bleeding in the face, so Zoe called 9-11 and waited until the ambulance and paramedics arrived. Wow, kudos to her. The story... The 9-11 call she made There are three 9-11 calls, I think Zoe's is the second at the 0:30 seconds mark. Like they say in the linked story, as if she couldn't get hotter

Again, it's nice to know that the actors are actually okay people and not a bunch of douchebags.
I can't say the same for other movies/fan groups.

I wish there'd be more celebreties and especially "normal" people who would do such thing, because too many people prefer "looking away" then showing (moral) courage and help other people.
But when those "normal" ppl do so, they won't get any worldwide attention and greatfulness. Though... good that Zoe helped. |

A very selfless act. Maybe an unfair assumption, but not what you come to expect from todays so called 'movie stars'.
As has been said though, there are exceptions and Zoe is obviously one of them. ![]() I'm sure there are many others but we only ever seem to hear about those that only think of themselves. I'd much rather read about the sort of thing that Zoe has done here.
