 Again, I don't know if all of you know about this yet, but this was posted on AF a couple weeks ago, and I thought I would share this with you guys. If any of you are into social media (I'm some of you are!  ), then check this out!  The 'Avatar' sequels are getting real with total social media relaunch And my apologies, if this has already been posted, feel free to eliminate this thread. lol

People seem to be preparing for the sequels
It's time for me to remember my Na'Vi. I have completely forgotten all I knew and I hope that by 2017 I will have made some real progress. 2017...thats still a little bit away. As long as Cameron doesn't push back the release date further...

The waiting has already been prolonged enough. Perhaps the filming of the movies simultaneously was a little too ambitious. I have no doubt that in the end Cameron will deliver an amazing product, but I would rather he sticks to the set dates as best he can. As it stands, Avatar 2 will come 8 years after Avatar.
But yeah, I wouldn't like quality to be sacrificed just to get the movie earlier so yeah..I am fairly sure the waiting will be worthwhile in the end.
